In this module we will gain a good understanding of how to find the right investors. You will learn the kind of questions you need to ask and how important negotiation is. We also share knowledge on how to construct financial statements as this goes a very long way to understanding how to operate a startup and navigating the fund-raising journey. Investors would want to see your approach to financial projections, they expect you as a founder to be able to tell a growth story about your business. Therefore it’s imperative you can back up that story with data and analysis drawn from your financial projections. At the end of this module, you would be familiar with various financial terms and the concepts behind each of them.
